Private Childbirth Class

Experienced Boston birth doula and educator, Kathleen Stern, leads this private Childbirth and Labor class. The goal is to give you the evidence-based information of what to expect, as well as tools and strategies to manage so that you feel confident with whatever comes your way. Class participants receive concise info sheets and resources to keep. Class can be customized to your unique situation (induction, VBAC, etc) and birth location.

3-3.5 hrs, $400 (at your home), $350 (virtual)
