Body Ready Method® for birth prep

The Body Ready Method® (BRM) is an evidence-based approach and has supported thousands of people in prepping for the unique event of birth. BRM® has 20-minute videos taillored to your estimated due date that help:

  • eliminate the aches, pains, stress of pregnancy,

  • get your body ready for an easier birth with targeted exercises

  • minimize (or avoid) pregnancy and birth injuries (ex: tearing, etc)

  • improve postpartum recovery

You wouldn’t train for a marathon the same way you’d train for a weight-lifting event. So why are we training for birth using our regular exercises, just slightly modified?” — Lindsay McCoy, exercise physiologist and BRM creator.
